Position: Business Continuity Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- minimum of ten years experience in Corporate Business continuity planning;
- knowledge of ISO22301
- to understand and document workflows and business processes;
- demonstrate the ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, and work under strict deadlines;
- have the ability to plan work assignments, prioritize tasks and deliver deadlines accurately;
- demonstrate the ability to identify and respond to risk areas;
- have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- practical and proactive problem-solver. Possesses strong business acumen and is confident, mature, and calm.
- have excellent time management skills. Able to prioritize and multitask and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- have influential people management and conflict resolution skills;
- be an effective communicator with the ability to handle both internal and external communication;
- have high standards of integrity and ethical practice;
- and proactive.
- a background in IT and business continuity/risk management is an advantage.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Batcheler Degree;
Professional qualifications in Business continuity like Certified Business Continuity; Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301 LA/LI, or any similar certifications from reputed institutions.
