Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Business and Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and business acumen to help guide data-driven decision-making. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business strategy, support operational improvements, and identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop detailed business reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from various sources to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives through in-depth research and analysis
- Prepare and present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Research Analyst, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Experience with statistical analysis software and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
