As the Business and Dealer Development Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our dealership network and enhancing business growth across the Philippines.
Job Description
1.Dealer Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing dealerships, providing support and guidance to ensure alignment with Mini's standards and objectives.
2.Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the automotive industry, providing insights for business decision-making.
3.Business Development Strategies:Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
4.Relationship Management:Negotiate dealership agreements and manage dealer relationships to ensure alignment with company objectives.
5.Training and Development:Coordinate training programs and workshops for dealership staff to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Administration, Marketing, or related field;
Proven experience in business development, dealer management, or related roles in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
