What we're looking for:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst with experience in process documentation and SOP development. This role involves working cross-functionally to create and refine playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments, supporting operational consistency and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a background in business analytics within a legal or tech setting and possesses a strong organizational and project management skill set.

Responsibilitieswhat you'll do:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to document and map business processes.
  • Develop comprehensive playbooks and SOPs that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize project management skills to organize, track, and update SOP completion across all departments.
  • Follow up with team members and ensure timely progress on SOP development.
  • Act as a bridge between departments to understand unique workflows and requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders to capture essential details and ensure SOPs meet practical needs.
  • Review and adjust processes based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
  • Provide insights on organizational design to optimize workflows and departmental operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with experience in organizational design and process documentation
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, capable of gathering accurate information from multiple sources
  • Basic project management abilities to keep process documentation on track
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates

Qualities we look for:

  • Experience in the legal field or tech industry analytics is preferred
  • Management experience or strong exposure to managerial responsibilities is preferred
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present information in a confident, clear, and concise manner over different media
  • Building relationships is one of your core competencies
  • Agile and able to manage duties being assigned with a high degree of prioritization
  • Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
