Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering
With at least 2 years experience in business analytics
Must have experience in documenting process narratives, data flow diagrams, process flowcharting, and swimlanes.
Must have a mid to senior-level experience and be able to work independently as a self-starter.
Experience in manufacturing and logistics space is an advantage.
Must be willing to work on a one-year project-based employment.

Job Description:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and processes.
Analyzing business processes and communicate feedback to other team members and management.
Facilitating/organizing meeting schedules and communication among all the stakeholders/vendors/business units involved.
Develop and maintain process narratives, data flow diagrams, process flowcharting, and swimlane flowcharts to support process improvements. Process Modeling.
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights that will improve business processes.
Create and manage project plans, track and report progress against goals, and identify and manage risks and issues.
Prepare Gannt Charts and Roadmaps
Provide guidance and support to team members on business processes and requirements.
Develop test plans and scenarios to ensure that new processes and systems are thoroughly tested and ready for implementation.
