Job Description
Will be working on defining and refining business processes, create robust documentation, and implement effective solutions. This role demands expertise in business analysis and a commitment to driving continuous improvement to the solutions provided.
What Do You Need
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
What Will Put You Ahead:
> Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
> Presentation Skills (doing demo, recording and write ups)
> Collaborating with counterparts
> Experience handling project in Local Government / Public Sector Industry
A Day In A Life Typically Look Like:
Conduct detailed analysis of complex business problems and recommend innovative solutions.
Ensure that all solutions comply with organizational standards and industry regulations.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement.
