Job Description

Qualifications:

3+ years experience of Supply Chain Management processes
Significant experience facilitating workshops for business requirements/business process capture, to be process design, organizational change impact.
Strong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team.
Experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams.
Understanding of Supply Chain related data models and how that data is used.
Experience of developing a full business analysis model with associated use of tools and templates.
Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience in conducting Level of Effort analyses, bottom-up project planning.
10+ years of experience in an IT applications Business Analyst role.
3+ years experience of being a Senior Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience using JIRA or equivalent.
Logistics and Supply Chain experience.
Experience with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) and ERP systems(Oracle) as well as CONGA and FLUENT.
Medical device and/or pharmaceutical experience ideal.
Vendor Management experience.

Responsibilities:

You will own the end-to-end Business Analysis model and all supporting document templates.
You will provide guidance and leadership to more junior Business Analysts.
You will facilitate the capture / definition / documentation of detailed business process maps with cross-functional stakeholders.
You will define accurate and concise user stories / business requirements.
You will provide general Business Analyst and Business Change Management support for all APAC enterprise application projects and system enhancements.
You act as a single-point-of-contact for SMEs in representing processes and requirements to technical teams.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering via Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
You will drive execution of assigned project deliverables.
You will lead small to medium d IT projects when required.
You understand technical, resource and schedule implications of business decisions.
You will work with stakeholders to determine project timing and resourcing requirements.
You will monitor execution and report status, risks and issues to the Project/Program Manager.
