Business Analyst / Project Manager (Banking / Insurance)

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst / Project Manager in the Banking/Insurance domain at Collabera Digital located in Makati, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves tasks such as analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Understanding of Business Process and Business Requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the Banking/Insurance industry is a plus
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is beneficial
