JOB SUMMARYThe Business Analyst at Philippine Business for Social Progress Inc (PBSP) is responsible for handling ERP reports, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the integration and operation of the ERP system. This role involves generating and interpreting business data, supporting users, and configuring the system to meet organizational needs. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments to improve processes and support ERP-related projects.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- ERP System and other Software Application Management and Reporting:_
a. Generate, analyze, and interpret ERP reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
b. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business data from the ERP system.
c. Work closely with departments to understand their reporting needs and develop custom reports with ERP financial experience.
_2. Business Process Analysis:_
a. Evaluate and document existing business processes and workflows.
b. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
c. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
d. To create workflow diagrams and documents for each function and procedures.
_3. User Support and Training:_
a. Provide technical support to ERP users, addressing issues related to system functionality and data accuracy.
b. Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
c. Develop user manuals and training materials.
d. Understand workflow access control and master data maintenance.
_4. System Configuration and Maintenance:_
a. Configure and maintain ERP system settings to meet organizational needs.
b. Coordinate with IT and software vendors for system updates, patches, and upgrades.
c. Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
_5. Project Management:_
a. Assist in the planning and execution of ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
b. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
c. Develop RACI Matrix.
_6. Documentation and Reporting:_
a. Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, system configurations, and workflows.
b. Prepare regular reports on ERP system performance, issues, and enhancements.
c. Coordinate with stakeholders and departments in creating policies and procedures.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Additional certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Experience as a Business Analyst for at least 2 years, with a focus on ERP systems.
- Experience in the non-profit or NGO sector is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business process analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
