Job Title: Requirements Analyst

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Must have minimum 3 years experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions. (Non-negotiable)

Must have experience in IT project management. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience in requirements analysis and documentation.

(Non-negotiable) Must have experience in conducting User's Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT). (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience in preparing User's Manual and training materials. (Non-negotiable)

Must have experience in data analysis and advance skills in MS Excel. (Non-negotiable)

• Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

(Non-negotiable) An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Non-negotiable)

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Prior experience working in a bank with background on lending process is a plus.

• Job Description

Collaborates with developers to confirm feasibility of the application changes and explore other options that will best address the business need and objectives

• Provides support for UAT and implementation when needed

Receives and review submitted requests to be transitioned into service catalogue

• Participates in service transition activity planning

Prepares reports to support Service Management department to manage the delivery of application support, maintenance and ticket resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,
