ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of business goals of various business units and collaborating with stakeholders (both internal and external clients) to define business requirements, data analytics approaches and shape deliverables.
Translate business requirements into proper deliverables in various report forms (e.g., Tableau reports)
Responsible for developing business insights reports at varying frequencies.
Independently handle discussions and meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to ensure their needs and requirements are up to date.
Manage multiple projects with limited guidance and ensure the on-time execution of deliverables with great accuracy.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Consultant roles
Exceptional experience in Tableau and SQL; Python and Shell is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
Ability to translate different data points into automated Tableau dashboards.
Ability to run SQL queries, join tables, group by results, calculations, and ranking logic.
Ability to correctly document different data sources and their relationships.
Ability to perform exceptional quality checks (e.g., find data discrepancies, root causes analysis)
Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of data structure, relationship between data, etc.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to collaborate and work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders across various departments/partners using different systems.
Exceptional relationship management skills
Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
