Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and
requirements for software development projects.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to elicit and
document functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and
objectives.
Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, use cases,
process flows, and other artifacts as needed.
Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and
ensure that deliverables meet business expectations.
Participate in project planning, sprint grooming, and review meetings, providing valuable
insights and recommendations.
Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to identify potential issues and
dependencies.
Collaborate with QA team to develop test cases and ensure thorough testing of software
applications.
Support stakeholders during user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving any
issues or discrepancies.
Continuously monitor and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to
stakeholders and project leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration,
or related field.
Atleast one year of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the software
development industry.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and
Waterfall.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and
strategically.
