Business Analyst (Morning Shift)

Key responsibilities

Participate in meetings with Microsoft, ADO Capability Leads and stakeholders to understand the proposed processes

Create process maps and flow diagrams, based on conversations with Microsoft and ADO Capability Leads

Read the documentation/ manuals provided by Microsoft, identify the items that are applicable for the project and incorporate them in the existing processes

Manage version controls of the process and project documents

Prepare status updates Prepare training material content, based on guidance from ADO Capability Leads

Coordinate with counterparts in various segments and Global Data Office for the above responsibilities

Desired skills

At least 4-5 years of IT BA experience

Good communication and presentation skills

Well versed in MS Office 365 apps

Flexibility to work different time zones and weekends, if needed

Min. 1 year experience of working in cloud or big data project
