Business Analyst

Must have skills : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication, Excel skills, ability to work autonomously.

Must have : Supply Chain Business/domain knowledge/worked on similar project
Preferred skills : ERP functional knowledge, supply chain experience, reporting/analytics tool experience including building and/or modifying reports.
Good to have skills : SharePoint technical skills, IT testing experience.
Must have worked on JIRA /ITSM related tool.

Aware of all scrum ceremonies, Agile development model.
Good in communication and status reporting
Be proactive in requirement gather, analysis and communication.
Good in stakeholder management and offshore/onsite team co-ordination

Expected responsibilities : Wide ranging daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks requiring IT tool transactions, master data changes, reporting, etc. Sample list of potential areas of focus listed below many relate to our custom applications used in onsemi Logistics processes.
