Qualifications- Must have 2 years of experience as Business Analyst
Insurance or Banking Experience- Proficient in oral and written business requirement (English)
Must have handled: (either of the 3) Accounting System
ERP Loan Management System
Extract Business/User requirement through interaction and research: go beyond what a user knows/need.
- Prepare business requirement document Create various analysis models (process model, workflow model, data model)
Provides user training on the system to be implemented.- Acts as Liaison between business user and IT.
Work closely with business user and IT suggest solutions.
