- Business Analyst - Software Development
The Business Analyst focuses on the end-to-end testing based on designed user experience by interacting with different hardware, databases, applications, and systems.
- Check that the functionality that is delivered works based on test cases
Find errors and test software functionality through random, unplanned, and informal testing.- Test software's reliability, scalability, performance, and usability.
Ability to ask strong questions to help the team see areas that may lead to problems in the user experience
- Perform regression testing when there are software code changes in existing features and functionalities.
Ability to document requirements formally using Jira or Microsoft applications- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
(Preferred but not required) Technical Knowledge and Tool Proficiency to understand different programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
- Perform other functions related to projects as may be assigned.
