Functions:He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:
- Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
Business Requirements Document (when applicable)- UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog
- Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog
Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog- Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.
Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support
Minimum 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
- Must have excellent communication and business writing skills
Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written- Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables
Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
Familiarity with bank systems/applications is an advantage
- Familiarity with Data Mapping Documentation and Integration
