PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To help the management team drive operational efficiency, service delivery, and support the firm's growth by ensuring that financial strategies align with overall business objectives based on data-driven insights. By leveraging your expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, Financial Analysis and through innovative data visualization and financial modeling, you will be instrumental in shaping the firm's financial health and strategic vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Visualization:

• Use Power BI to build and manage interactive dashboards, providing insights into financial performance and key operational metrics across all departments
• Perform data mining and analysis using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build comprehensible data-based reports, presentations, and centralized source of information for the leadership team

Business Forecasting & Reporting:

• Collaborate with management by designing financial & budget forecasts and models
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, profit & loss, and balance sheet reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards
• Present financial reports and analysis to management, highlighting key insights and areas for potential improvement
• Implement automation within Excel and Power BI to streamline data processing and reporting activities

Financial Administration:

• Administer vendors relationships, budgeting, payments, invoices, etc.
• Manage clients invoicing, billing, payment plans, and AR/AP processes
• Support with clerical duties from the management team
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Power BI and Advanced Excel certifications preferred

Experience:

• 5+ years in business or financial analyst roles required
• 2+ years of experience working in service-digital-based companies

Competencies & Requirements:

• Advanced written and spoken English
• Power BI
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and macros for complex data analysis)
• Financial planning and forecasting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and financial apps
• Availability to work in US-based PST time zone

COMPENSATION:

• Monthly base pay of $850
• Monthly bonus potential based on KPI and financial growth
• Yearly merit increase potential
• Monthly stipend of $50 for healthcare support
• Monthly stipend of $30 for technology and equipment
