CloudQwest is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As a Business Analyst - ERP, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing ERP solutions to drive operational efficiency and improve business performance. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Develop functional specifications and business process models for ERP implementations
- Configure and customize ERP systems to meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP modules
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users
- Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance and recommend system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial-Engineering or other Business-related courses
- Preferably with experience in handling projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
