General Job Description:
Main responsibilities include interpreting and turning data into information that would help the business in making decisions
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze and profile customer behavior, identify patterns and trends, perform projection and forecasting techniques and conduct performance analysis
- Drives analysis and insights that would help solve current business problems and provide recommendations for business strategies
Track and monitor key performance metrics and ensure alerts are proactively given- Work directly with management to gather requirements, provide status updates and build relationships
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science or related discipline
Experience with Power BI/Tableau visualization tools- Proficient with SQL (R and Python a plus)
Experience with AWS Redshift is a plus
- Experience in mining large-scale data from various sources
At least two years of experience in data/business analytics
