JOB SUMMARRY:Identifies, analyzes and documents business requirements and delivers work products throughout the SDLC framework.
- JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extracts business/user requirement through interaction and research; go beyond what a user knows/needs.
Prepares business requirement document.
- Creates various analysis models (process model, workflow model, data model). Provides user training on the system to be implemented.
Acts as Liaison between business users and IT.- Works closely with business users & IT to suggest solutions

- JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
A. EDUCATION
Graduate of Business or IT course
B. EXPERIENCE
2-5 years of business analysis work is an advantage but not required.
Technical Skills
- Domain skill in extracting info from users, articulating and translating into business requirement document
Knowledgeable in database concepts in Oracle, MS SQL, DB2- Knowledgeable in Programming Languages (e.g. Visual .Net, Java J2ME)
Web Development
Personal Requirements
- Proficient in oral and written business English.
Willing to explore new business process and practices
