Functions:- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document functional and non-functional specifications related to cloud and infrastructure projects.
Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for proposed cloud and infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop business cases, project charters, and project plans for cloud and infrastructure initiatives, outlining project goals, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and brainstorming sessions to elicit and prioritize business requirements.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, process flows, and user stories.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance, clarification, and support as needed.

3-5 years working experience in IT Support
- Has Infrastructure & IT Operations exposure or experience
Understanding or Exposure on/of IT Compliance & Risk is an advantage
