Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on cloud technologies and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Experience working on large-scale cloud migration, transformation, and optimization projects.
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Proven ability to effectively gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) are a plus.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document functional and non-functional specifications related to cloud and infrastructure projects.
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for proposed cloud and infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop business cases, project charters, and project plans for cloud and infrastructure initiatives, outlining project goals, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and brainstorming sessions to elicit and prioritize business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance, clarification, and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project sponsors.
