Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with at least 3 years of working experience and extensive technical knowledge in eCommerce.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Translate business needs into development requirements.
- Analyze capabilities, needs, and technology gaps.
- Research progressive systems solutions and evaluate their impact.
- Define product features and initiatives.
- Work in functional analysis and maintain systems processes.
- Deliver monthly status reports.
- Write technical documentation and reports.
- Utilize HCL knowledge (a plus).
- Use Microsoft applications such as Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Adapt to Agile way of working.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Extensive technical knowledge in eCommerce.
- Availability for a mid-shift schedule and ability to report to the client's site in Alabang at least -3 times a week.
- Proficiency in user testing and implementation of international eCommerce.
