- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process enhancement, efficiency gains, and cost savings initiatives
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's data, systems, and processes- Conduct research and perform data analysis to inform business decisions
Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline business operations and recommend solutions
- Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and clearly defined
Develop use cases, user stories, and other related solution documentation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement new features and functionality
Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and management
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and modeling
Demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and business processes- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
Proficiency with business analysis tools and software, such as Jira and/or Confluence, is a plus
