Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate about enabling a nationwide digital transformation. As part of the project team, you will work at the crossroads of strategy consulting and venture creation. You will be immersed in an innovative environment, learning from and supporting top-notch consultants and senior industry leaders. This role will have you actively contributing to shaping the strategic direction of a new business venture, helping one of the Philippines largest companies succeed, and ultimately contributing to nation-building.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop presentations and other materials for both internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with various teams and senior leaders across the organization to support diverse initiatives and projects.
• Assist in managing and executing product launches, ensuring timely and within-scope deliverables.
• Support in areas such as business development, partnerships, operations, product development, and management.
• Collaborate with consultants to create problem-solving frameworks, generate potential solutions, and refine approaches to address company challenges.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute proactively to the overall success of the company.

Program Outcome

Experience and Qualifications

• Graduates with top honors from universities in the Philippines.
• Previous experience or internships in consulting, startups, or related fields.
• Leadership experience or involvement in university extracurricular activities.
• Experience in entrepreneurship or venture-building is a plus.
