Job Description
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing supply chain processes, systems, and workflows to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, subject matter experts, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements related to supply chain operations.
- Utilize process mapping techniques to visually represent current and future state supply chain processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess supply chain performance and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and measurement.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to support solution design and development.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements, validate solutions, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Provide support during system implementation, testing, and deployment phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and process improvement.
Qualifications
- B.S Industrial Engineering
- Has experience with project management in logistics and supply chain ecosystem or equivalent.
