• Duties and Responsibilities:

_Requirements Gathering_

• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys to identify business needs and challenges.

• Create clear, well-structured and detailed documentation of business requirements.

_Process Improvement_

• Identify gaps between current and future business goals and draw up a plan to close that gap

Research technology solutions to address a specific business requirement, thinking out of the box is crucial

• Work with the clients to redesign processes and implement changes that drive business value.

Identify automation opportunities.

_Data Analysis_

• Create dashboards, perform analysis and define action plans to address issues and risks identified.

Create project plans and monitor resources, timelines and required delivery.

• Define business processes to achieve the strategic goals of a client / partner.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

_Communication and Collaboration_

• Manage expectations of the client - no surprises, coordinate with the client/partner changes that adversely affects the triple constraints of cost, schedule and specifications

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives.

• Work closely with IT, project management, and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

_Others_

• Preparation of other presentation decks that may be needed from time to time to supplement the execution of the plan or to achieve project objectives.

• Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Sound knowledge of business analysis tasks

Result oriented

• Exceptional process and policies documentation skills

Detail oriented and capable of solving problems arising at work

• Well updated on the current trends and technologies

Able to work under with minimal supervision

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

Preferably with 2-3 years minimum work experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
