As a vital member of our dynamic team committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, the Business Analyst, reporting to the Senior Director of Information Systems, will lead initiatives to drive agile planning improvements across the enterprise, with a specific focus on Azure DevOps (ADO).
Drive agile planning improvements using Azure DevOps (ADO) across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agile planning strategies with business objectives.
Analyze, optimize, and provide recommendations for agile planning processes using ADO.- Ensure ADO tools and methodologies are integrated seamlessly into the workflow.
Review, comprehend, and document overarching business objectives, information flow, and process flow within the IS Department, emphasizing an understanding of the desired structure.
- Offer recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of the team's operations to foster a productive work environment.
Conduct a comprehensive review of established processes and reporting tools within the department.- Pinpoint inefficiencies and develop optimization reports and recommendations to streamline workflow. Provide consistent updates and feedback throughout the process.
Create verbal and visual reports delineating areas of optimization opportunity.
- Instigate and oversee processes to ensure specific tasks and procedures align with business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in information technologies and systems analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in building executive decks and delivering compelling presentations.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven aptitude in assessing business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.- Experience with agile methodologies required, ADO preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
