The Opportunity

The Business Enterprise/Operations Partner is an individual that will support the foundational administrative tasks to individuals and teams across Roche Pharma Philippine Affiliate, ensuring continuity and coordination of work.
As a communicative, proactive Business Enterprise/Operations Partner, it will carry out tasks with minimal direction, making recommendations and ultimately finding solutions.
Provide foundational administrative support for internal and external tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and legal requirements (organizational instructions, SOPs, occupational safety, environmental protection, guidelines, COREMAP,etc.)
Enable business partners to operate efficiently by supporting service delivery for travel, events, workshops, and business-related meetings, including food orders and luncheon planning.
Provide administrative support for tender/bid processes and the inventory and delivery of FMI kits.
Apply current IT tools for project management.
Who Are You
At least 4 years of experience in a Business Administrative function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance.
Proficient in technology applications, especially Google Suite.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, able to handle project management and tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to introduce innovative ideas to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
Independent judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution skills. Ability to prioritize, take smart risks, and cultivate learning and creativity.
Agile attitude with a focus on speed, stability, and flexibility. Customer-centric approach for both internal and external partners.
Creative and growth-oriented attitude with a high willingness to take ownership.
