Job Description:- Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled on mechanical equipment andmachineries, such as: Pumps and Motors, Fans and Blowers, Tanks and Fittings,Pipes, Valves and Fittings, Genset, Filters and Dryers Air-conditioning units (Windowtype, Split, Package) , Other components related to above equipment/Machinery
On Electric System such as: Transformers, Circuit Breaker, Motor Control & Sensor,Wiring System & Termination Lighting System, other components related to theabove.- Perform trouble shooting works on mechanical system, electrical system, plumbingsystem and minor civil works.
Conducts routine inspection of all engineering system to take of their status then login the record book.- Prepares and submit trouble report as needed.
- Conducts complete turn-over of the shift to the next shifter and to clarify if there isany concern or issue in the previous shift.
Communicates effectively to his supervisor and property manager- Report tosuperior immediately any untoward incident during the shift- Keep tools andequipment in good condition- Report to superior immediately all imminent equipment failure observed during shift
Perform predictive maintenance to anticipate equipment machinery trouble duringcondition monitoring activity in the shift
- Attend immediately to passenger entrapment in the elevators.
Extend duty when necessary or when additional manpower is needed during the shift- Attend to maintenance request of residential units ONLY as directed by the property manager
At least 6 months working experience specialized in Maintenance/ Repair (Facilities& Machinery) in Mid-Rise to High Rise Building, Commercial/Residential or at least three (3) months of Apprenticeship in Building Maintenance program or equivalent.
Multi-skilled Technician Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting on Repair and maintenance on Mechanical/Electrical/Carpentry/ Plumbing/Masonry/Painting Trustworthy
High School Graduate/Vocational/Diploma /Short Course Certificate in Bldg. Maintenance, Electrical, Mechatronic Electro-Mechatronic, or equivalent
