-Must be at least vocational or technical graduate.
-With at least two (2)years of experience in building maintenance
-Preferably with background in plumbing, carpentry, painting, ref & aircon repair, genset operation and other similar skills.
-Can do multitask with less supervision.
-Respond to guest repair request.
-Provide service reports for assessment of the reported problems and concerns.
-Other related tasks whenever needed or necessary.
