Qualifications:
- At least high school diploma / vocational training for electrical or any building maintenance training
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (electrical & building maintenance)- General construction or prior facilities maintenance is a plus
Willing to work as PART TIME: 3x week Flexible schedule but fixed on Saturdays (total of 24 hours per week)
- Willing to work on-site in Makati
Job Overview:
Responding to maintenance requests and handling any necessary repairs such as minor painting, plastering, and organization of electrical cables.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
Performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment running at optimal levels- Making a necessary basic repair to building and equipment for optimal performance and advising management for major repairs
Planning and scheduling repairs
- Assist contractors and check the quality of performed tasks.
