Building Maintenance (Multi Skilled Technician)

We are looking for a multi-skilled technician / building maintenance personnel to do the task listed below. Candidate must be knowledgeable with plumbing, masonry and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Pay starts at 16,000 and may be increased based on the candidate's qualification and experience.

• Job Description:

Plumbing - Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

• Masonry - Fabricates, alters, repairs, and maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom and/or showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces

Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

• Follow building plans and blueprints.

Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing / masonry / electrical emergencies.

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, walls, hallway tiles etc. as directed by Bldg. Administrator

Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.

• Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates with Bldg. Administrator

Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.

• Open to do other building maintenance tasks as required.

Open to do branch visit (with company provided service)

• Job Requirements :

At least High School or SHS Graduate

• With commendable work ethics and behavior.

Training in TESDA (NCII Plumbing) is a plus.

• Experienced as Building Maintenance Personnel in Commercial / Residential Real Estates is a huge advantage

Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, 6 days per week, 8-5pm or 9-6pm

• Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized.
