Job Description: Building Maintenance Manager

Position Overview: The Building Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the repair, installation, and upkeep of various buildings, offices, and facilities. This position involves designing maintenance procedures, monitoring budgets and expenditures, conducting inspections to identify issues and implement repairs, and leading maintenance activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing effective maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Monitoring budgets and controlling expenses related to maintenance activities.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the building, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Coordinating and overseeing repair and maintenance work of the company building
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Managing and supervising maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance efforts and support operational needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and technical aspects of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in facilities management or a related discipline (desirable).

Must be amenable to travel and/or relocate to ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA
