MAJOR ROLETo ensures that basic hospital facilities, such as water, electricity, ventilation are well maintained and meet government regulations, environmental health, security and disaster preparedness standards.
Serves as owner representative for building improvement, renovation, construction and any facility related project
- Inspects hospital building to determine the need for repairs and renovations
Ensures proper hospital waste management- Creates standards or policies for facility management under which the team operates
Develops the department's structure and quality systems
- Responsible for team development to ensure timely delivery of an organization's requirements
Bachelors Degree of Engineering or equivalent
5 years experience in related field, an advantage
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Amenable to work in San Pedro City, Laguna
