The Building Maintenance will be responsible in the overall maintenance of the Building / Property. He will oversee repairs and maintenance works especially carpentry, civil, architectural and other general works. He will also assist in ongoing and upcoming renovation projects as the need arises.
- DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
- Regular checking / inspection of building premises such as walls, ceiling, floors, etc.
- Conduct regular checking of the building to maintain general upkeep of the building.
- Repair / replacements of broken doors, windows, glass, walls, ceiling, etc.
- Minor repair / renovation works such as painting works, new office setup, wall partitions, doors, etc
- Construction related work requirements such as masonry, tiling, painting, architectural, electrical, mechanical and other related works as the need arises.
- Finished assigned special projects for needed or necessary in the Building.
- Provide service reports for assessment of the reported problems and concerns.
- Conduct Electric and Water meter reading every month for billing and monitoring purposes. (if necessary)
- Regular checking and inspection of all equipments in the building such as transformer, generators, elevators, pumps, aircondition, etc. (if necessary)
- Conduct routine checking / inspection of the building premises such as common area, parking to ensure that all devices are properly working. Repair and replacement if necessary. (if assigned personnel is not around)
- Checking and monitoring of control panels for Fire Protection and Alarm System, Elevators, STP, etc. (if necessary)
- Inspection and monitoring of the building perimeter, offices, common areas during shift schedule. (if senior building maintenance is not around)
- Monitoring of electrical, mechanical and other work related issues and concerns.
- Provide service reports for assessment of the reported problems and concerns.
- Reliever when the assigned building maintenance is not at work.
- May be assigned to other Properties and Warehouses.
- Other related tasks whenever needed or necessary.
>At least 2 years experience as a Building Maintenance.
> At least 2 years experience as a Building Maintenance.
> Graduate in Electrical course
>with NC2 certificate
