Licensed Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineer.- With at least 1 to 2 years experience as Building Administrator
Ability to perform PMS, troubleshooting, repairs and monitoring activities.
- Capable to work on a shifting schedule,
Competent to do necessary review on tenant contract and related documentation.- Lead and managed the maintenance team and other support group.
Willing to work in Makati area and other satellite office.
- with knowledge on processing of Business Permit and DENR.
Building Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate building maintenance and repairs with outside contractors.
Oversee the needed supplies to support the daily activities of Maintenance Group.- Oversee the performance of building technician and maintenance.
Oversee the necessary training for the building staff.
- Prepares reports about building activity to top management.
Overseeing building security measures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.- Train new employees about company policies and procedures pertaining to building protocol, safety and emergency situation.
Review all building contracts and lease agreements to ensure that they meet legal requirements.
- Coordinate the construction or remodeling projects with architects, contractors, and other outside parties.
Ensure the governmental compliance and other regulatory standard.- Prepare budget for operational purposes and secure approval to top management.
Initiate to perform other duties as may be necessary for the maintenance of the building and its tenant.
