Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance issues.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the building's systems operate efficiently.- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.- Uphold safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Proven experience as a building maintenance technician or similar role such as Painter, Carpenter, Welder, Tile Setter, Mason, and Fabricator.
Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues effectively.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
