Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering.
Registered Mechanical Engineer, Civil and Electrical license is an advantage

At least 3 year(s) and up of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably an Engineering Supervisor/ Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Property Management, Residential Condominium, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Mechanical Engineer preferred and with Pollution Control Officer (PCO) background.
Job role in Facility Management, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping and Repair (Civil,Electro-mechanic).
