Basic Function- Supervise and provide assistance in the processing of move-in documentation and other clerical task to ensure efficiency and effectivity of all move-in transactions.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all move-in documentation process flow at head office
- Prepares and sends notices to buyers through letter of their eligibility to apply for move-in.
- Types and routes move-in documents to ensure that the buyers will get their documents on time.
- Collate and monitors the availability of internal forms to be used in documenting ATMI, meralco application and others requirement from the buyer.
- Closely coordinating with Technical Services and Construction on the status of application.
- Keeps and arranges move-in documents by filing and recording.
- Provide assistance to buyers for ATMI application, orientation of policies, procedure and guideline for move-in assessment of payments.
- Inform buyers on the status of their units, handle buyers queries and complaints to satisfy their need and to relieve the company on its maintenance by sending them notices and answering letter from buyers.
- Prepared and ensures the transmittal of documents to be sent / forwarded to project management.
- Upkeep and update files of move-in to provide weekly move-in data on all our projects by encoding move-in data that transpire within the week and maintaining an updated file on folder.
- Facilitates efficient feedback system/coordination and communication that encourages inputs and information dissemination through constant follow-up by way of all means of communication.
- Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate head

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
