Basic Function Leads the operations of Commercial (old and new projects) such as physical maintenance of buildings, property administration, engineering, housekeeping, safety and security, policy enhancement, orderliness and organization of managed properties.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with Management in determining operational capabilities of Commercial Projects by managing, spreading, and handling projects geared towards improvement of policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program that aligned to MDC's vision, mission and goals.
Manages and coordination necessary operational requirements on all components of commercial pr. i.e. legal financial, engineering, administrative and customer service are met or acted upon expeditiously and effectively by the Assistant Building Manager and commercial team
Prepares report for weekly meeting with Managing Director (Commercial)
Partner with Managing Director and commercial team in carrying out budget plans, control operational expense and strategies in collection efficiency in all managed commercial properties (new and old)
Provided consultation to the management on organizational-wide strategies.
Ensures that Company's strategies, programs, policies, and procedures such as but not limited to emergency preparedness, energy conservation and preventive maintenance. ERP system are strictly enforced and adhered to.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must currently be a Building Engineer specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
