Supervises and monitors the performance of service contractors.- Directs the implementation of all technical operations and services.
Schedules, implements and oversees preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor inventory of materials for repair and maintenance of facility and equipment.
Assists the MANAGER in ENERCON planning and implementation.- Monitors and reviews all utility readings of maintenance, provide technical analysis for water and electrical discrepancies and drastic fluctuations
