Participate in daily toolbox meetings with the PM, Technical Supervisor and Head of Security.- Responsible and accountable in the planning, execution and timely delivery of the Property's 52-Week Engineering Calendar, Technical Budget and CAPEX of projects.
Has full oversight responsibility on Maintenance Services and third-party Contractors execution of Association/Building Administration Inc. approved Technical and Service Management Plans, Service Level Agreements and Standards.
- Comply with Government Regulations and Technical Regulatory requirements.
Assist and complete audit inspection of all engineering related nature, including but not limited to construction, renovation works and government-initiated activities.- Responsible for planning, implementation, and completion of MEPFS projects.
Lead and secure that all engineering tools and equipment on site are always operational and or ready for use.
- Other tasks assigned by PM.
BS in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be Licensed Engineer (REE,RME)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably 2 yrs experienced employee/s specializing in property management, operation and/or maintenance of equipment and the bldg.
Must be computer literate.
- With good communication skills and able to deliver him/herself well with clients and/or customers.
Fast learner, customer-oriented, with supervisory skills and pleasing personality and capable of working in a fast-paced environment and under minimum supervision.- Has the skills needed to be able to monitor and control some/all technical aspects of the management.
Must show awareness and alertness in daily operations.
- Amenable for shifting schedule and Saturday duty.
Willing to work around Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
