QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Building and Property Management or any related field; an advanced degree in the field is preferable.
Has at least three (3) years experience in residential/commercial leasing property management and other income generating projects and activities.- Capable of organizing, systematizing and keeping confidential documents and records related to building operations.
Knowledgeable of national laws and local ordinances related to property management.
- Adept in the principle and application of financial management and has strong ethics and moral values.
With good verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent people skills, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
The Building Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the PMHA commercial and main building. S/He establishes and periodically reviews the policies, systems and procedures in managing the commercial building. S/He handles the promotion and marketing of PMHA's vacant spaces, as well as proposes plans for improvement and maximization of these spaces. S/He ensures that all inquiries and concerns related to PMHA leasing business are attended to and forwarded to the National Executive Director.
