Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Handle administrative tasks such as filing and documentation related to building engineering, facilities, and utilities.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring it runs smoothly
Supervise and lead facility personnel in the in-house maintenance, repairs, and renovations of the buildings
Coordinate, schedule, and oversee specialty contractors in maintenance or repairs, as well as maintenance staff or repair personnel.
Addressing tenant complaints, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively
Facilitating communication between tenants and property management office
Communicating with property owners, stakeholders, or management regarding building operations, issues, and improvements
Developing and implementing strategies to improve building efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tenant satisfaction
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Technically skilled, knowledgeable of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevator, fit-out, auxiliary, etc.) and familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
Good communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, property owners, and contractors.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 years experience in property management, building administration, facility management, or a related field is highly desirable
