As _Building Admin Technician
_, responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the administration and maintenance of building facilities. Coordinates various tasks related to building operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, and addressing issues promptly.- Conduct regular inspections of the building's systems, equipment, and facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Assist in the coordination of building-related projects and renovations.
Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures.- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any identified hazards.
Manage and troubleshoot building automation systems.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and managing maintenance tasks.
- What does it take to be part of the team
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or in a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in building maintenance or in a related field.
Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CMMS software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to be assigned in: CALAMBA, LAGUNA
