Responsibility:- Overall management of all assets of the company. Creating asset tags and inventories to keep track of everything, monthly plant schedule for checking and audit. And other tasks given from time to time.
Schedule car assignment and manage the quality status of each transportation vehicle of the company to ensure safety.- Monitoring and filing all n a monthly basis including receiving of transmittal from all Plants.
Quarterly checking of asset inventory per month and finish all departments at the end of the quarter.
- Assist in renewal of all car registration and other insurances
Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Graduate of Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
At least
1-2 years of working experience in a related field is a plus
- With a background in facilities maintenance and property management is aplus
With good interpersonal and communication skills- Computer proficiency including MS office software
Amenable to work in Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City
