Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buildertrend Data and Intake Specialist to join our WeBuild department. This remote role is pivotal in assisting management with data processing, client intake, and the coordination of construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with Buildertrend, construction estimation, and blueprint analysis, along with strong English communication skills. This position operates during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours (9 AM 5 PM EST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Buildertrend Management: Oversee project data, schedules, budgets, and communications within Buildertrend, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Client Intake & Data Processing: Manage initial client interactions, gather project details, and ensure precise data entry to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Construction Estimation: Support estimation processes by compiling material costs, labor requirements, and project scope details to aid in accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Blueprint Analysis: Interpret and analyze construction blueprints to assist in project planning and execution.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating construction, remodeling, and renovation projects, tracking milestones, and updating schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of all project documentation, generate reports, and provide insights into project performance and progress.
- Communication & Support: Serve as a liaison for internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth information flow and resolve inquiries related to ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Buildertrend Experience: Proficiency with Buildertrend is highly desired; familiarity with other construction management software like Procore or CoConstruct is a plus.
- Construction Estimation Skills: Prior experience in construction or remodeling estimation is required.
- Blueprint Analysis: Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
- Educational Background: A degree or coursework in Building Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Construction Industry Experience: Previous experience working for a construction company is advantageous.
