Duties & Responsibilities_
In charge of production, preparation and back-up of all pastry items that Bluesmith ACC carries
Can properly follow recipes that are provided
Must be knowledgeable about food safety and kitchen sanitation
Consulting with Executive Chef and Supervisor to plan menus
Executing Pastry Orders for catered events
Skills in baking pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, etc.
Applying classes pastry techniques
Monitoring Equipment and tools ensuring all are in working order
Knowledge in inventory checking
Perform other relevant duties as required

Requirements:_
2-3 years of experience as a pastry cook, baker, or similar.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/Culinary graduate/High School Graduate with experience
Knowledge in basic traditional pastry and baking techniques
In-depth knowledge of food industry regulations
Flexible working hours, including weekends, and holidays when required
